Gracie

Gracie was a special dog; she needed a
special home. She was 12 years old when Jackie found her. She
was in a dumpster, nearly starved, with grass embedded in her
gums. This ruined her teeth which resulted in having most of
them removed. She had to eat soft food.
After she had survived two days, it was discovered she was
pregnant, and aborting dead puppies. She had an emergency spay.
Gracie also showed signs of having been abused. But after
receiving several tons of TLC she has became a wonderful pet;
very gentle, good with children and with other dogs and cats..
Note: The first picture is Gracie when she first came to us. The
second picture is what she looked like when she was adopted!
She found a much deserved forever home with some very good
friends, the Sealeys.
